Arnold Schwarzenegger meets Ukraine's Klitschko at Munich conference

Arnold Schwarzenegger was in Munich, Germany where he met another former athlete turned politician. The former action hero turned U.S. Governor shook hands with Ukrainian Vitaly Klitschko -- a former boxer and now mayor of Kiev. The two were at the Munich Security Conference,where Schwarzenegger was delivering a speech on the environment.

I am very happy to be back here in Munich, many thanks."

Russian air force helicopters practice 'precision' shooting drills near the Ukrainian border. It's part of a two-week training exercise in an area that abuts eastern Ukraine, now nine months into an armed rebellion by pro-Russian separatists. The show of military strength, comes amid intensified diplomatic efforts to end the conflict... with the leaders of Germany and French now in Moscow to press for peace talks. Ukraine's central government and Western powers accuse Russia of backing the rebels. German Chancellor Angela Merket and French President Francois Hollande fear the fighting could spark conflict elsewhere in Europe. U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, too, is in Europe to boost aid for Ukraine.

This latest step to secure peace in Ukraine follows fierce fighting and territorial gains in eastern Ukraine by the separatists. They show no signs of easing back despite the calls for a diplomatic solution.

Pennsylvania mall shooting victim targeted by shooter

Police in Monroeville, Pennsylvania say one of the three people wounded in a mall shooting was deliberately targeted by the shooter.Monroeville police chief, Doug Cole.

It happened around 7:30 Saturday evening near the Macy's department store. Shoppers in the mall at the time were left scared and breathless.

The suspect is still at large. Police say they are looking for a light-skinned black male in his late teens. The three victims are being treated at an area hospital.
