More Airasia plane wreckage found
亞航失事客機更多殘骸被發現
Search teams in Indonesia have found more parts of the AirAsia plane that crashed last Sunday, carrying 162 people on board. So far, at least 10 bodies have been retrieved. They'll be brought back to this hospital in Surabaya where families of victims are waiting to identify their loved ones. The search now centres around what officials hope is the body of the plane on the sea bed. It's likely to contain the flight recorders that could shed some light as to why it crashed en route to Singapore.

It's a Roman tradition like none other. Several men take part in the annual Tiber river dive to ring in the New Year, braving frigid waters with nothing but a speedo. While some took a more elegant leap.. Others got straight to the point. Diver Maurizio Palmulli says the plunge invigorates him with hope for the year year.

All the Roman families, it's our best wishes for them, and also in all Italy, in all the world, a wish for peace for everyone, because we all need it - and for us, the only thing we can do is this."

Rescuers were on hand to quickly scoop up each diver before the next took the leap.

A snowy southern Italy, where residents are taking in a rare but welcome dusting. Despite the crashing surf against the port town of Brindisi, residents find the powder picturesque.

Forecasters warned of a rare week of snowfall with freezing temperatures and snow throughout the south.
