UK's Prince William "thrilled" as wife expects second child

Flowers and a stuffed animal for Britain's Prince William after news that he and his wife Kate are expecting their second baby. The royal couple had their first child, Prince George last July. During a visit to Oxford for the opening of a new building, the Duke of Cambridge said Kate is feeling well despite suffering from acute morning sickness, a condition that led to her hospitalization during her first pregnancy.

Bomb blast in Chile wounds 7; government blames 'terrorists'

A bomb blast at a fast-food restaurant in Chile's capital city Santiago injures at least eight people Monday when an explosive device was detonated in a shopping area. Police believe two suspects who planted the device escaped in a car.Officials are calling it a quote terrorist attack.

Ukranian President Petro Poroshenko visits the eastern port of Mariupol Monday in a show of solidarity with its embattled citizens. Mariupol was the scene of fierce fighting before a ceasefire took hold last Friday. It was also the scene of the most serious violation of the ceasefire Saturday night when government forces there came under artillery attack. Poroshenko vows to defend it from pro-Russian separatists.
