芝加哥公園發生槍擊慘案 多人受傷
How many people have been hit when a gunman opened fire in a Chicago park wasn't immediately clear. Unconfirmed reports suggest up to 12 may have been shot and that one of the victims may have been a three-year-old child. There were no immediate reports that anyone was killed. Witnesses said everything happened very quickly.

(SOUNDBITE)(English) JOSH, WITNESS, SAYING: "Man, I think it was an AK. There were lots of shots man. It was like boom, boom,boom, boom, boom. I would say like nine, ten people got hit. A little kid got hit in the face. I don't know if he's still alive, I don't know what's his condition."

(SOUNDBITE)(English) JACK, WITNESS, SAYING: "I just heard the shots, like 20 shots, and I just walked over here. Police came over real quick. They got here real fast."

Police said the shootings happened at about 10.15 local time on Thursday night.

(SOUNDBITE)(English) JAMES MUNGOVAN, DEPUTY DISTRICT CHIEF, DISTRICT FIVE, SAYING: "We had multiple victims shot that were transported to various hospitals throughout the city." By six hours after the attack police said no-one was yet in custody.

The fighting in Syria --- it isn't just between rebels and the government. These rebels are linked to al Qaeda and they've been spent the past two days battling more moderate fighters, the Northern Storm brigade in the town of Azaz, on the Turkish border. Five Northern Storm fighters have been killed in the past few days --- On Friday --- the groups agreed to a ceasefire--- signing their names and promising to release prisoners. They've also resolved to refer their dispute to a rebel court.Internal clashes underscore divisions among groups seeking to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad. They've also compounded the complications for western powers seeking to end the country's 2-1/2 year conflict.

Canadian woman hides drugs in fake pregnant belly

Colombian authorities detained this woman - Ritchie Tabatha Leah - as she was trying to board a plane back to Toronto with 2 kilogrammes of cocaine hidden inside a fake baby bump. She told customs officials she was seven months pregnant but when an inspector examined the 28-year-old's belly and felt it was cold and hard - suspicions were aroused. If convicted of drug trafficking, Leah could face up to eight years in prison.
