細菌無處不在 彼得博士教你防衛
Bacteria are our friend.For most of part,our relate... it's ubiquitous, it's part of our environment. There is nothing you can do about that.And what you can do is to make yourself ,you know, practice good hygiene so you don't expose yourself in situations where it may cause disease.
細菌是我們的朋友 。從很大程度上講,細菌是無處不在的,是我們環境的一部分 。對此你毫無辦法 。你可以做的就是自己養成良好的衛生習慣,不要讓自己暴露在致病的細菌環境中 。
Bacteria is ubiquitous in your office, it's ubiquitous in your home, it's when you walk outside of your office. If you take a hike in the woods, you go, you run into bacteria,fungus and viruses.
細菌無處不在,在你的辦公室,在你的家中,走出辦公室的時候,細菌都如影隨形 。如果你在森林中遠足,你也會遇到細菌,真菌和病毒 。
So you can't escape it. Don't fear the bacteria. You learn to live reasonably. Don't become erratic about it, and if you do the things that your parents taught like wash your hands after the bathroom, wash your hands before you eat, cover your nose when you sneeze, move your coughing cover the cloth. If you do those things you should be a good nutrition. The healthier you are,the healthier your immune system is to meet the challenges of bad bacteria in the wrong place or a bacterial virus that may cause disease. If you do those things, there is nothing to be concerned about.
所以你無處可逃 。但是也不需害怕 。你要學會合理地生活 。不要大驚小怪,如果你按照父母教給你的,便后洗手,飯前洗手,打噴嚏時用手掩住鼻子,咳嗽時用手帕擋住,如果你這樣做了,那你的教養很好 。你越健康,在惡劣的環境遭遇糟糕的細菌挑戰或可能致病的細菌病毒時你的免疫系統就越健康 。如果你做到了這些,那就沒有什么好擔心的 。
