Too sexy for her job?

It's not a crime to be beautiful or dress well,but if you ask 33-year-old Debrahlee Lorenzana they both can cost your job.

-They pulled me aside to tell me I can not wear pencil skirt,I can not wear turtle necks,I can not wear business suits that were fitted. The single mom used to work for Citibank as a business banker at the branch located inside the Chrysler building. They allegedly pointed to her rear end and said her pants were too tight.

Lorenzana says when she complaint to HR,her manager's retaliated it. According to her lawsuit,Citibank gave her targets she could not meet because she was not trained. Citibank cited her work performance as a reason for termination.

Left without a job,Lorenzana struggled to pay the bills.

Her lawyer says at its base,this case is about gender discrimination.

Citibank tells News 4 New York,we believe this lawsuit is without merit and we would defend against it vigorously. We do not condone or tolerate discrimination within our business for any reason.

-Maybe they were uncomfortable with her,because they didn't feel they could not hit on her over long periods of time. So instead,they want to make her wear a tent,a burka.
