Would Hillary Clinton be a good president? In 2016 Hillary Clinton is running to become the first female president.If she wins many think it will be a major step on the route to complete female equality.Clinton certainly has the experience. She was first lady from 1993 to 2001 as wife of President Bill Clinton, was a senator between 2001 and 2009 and served as Secretary of State Barack Obama between 2009 and 2013. Clinton also ran a campaign presidency in 2008, but she narrowly lost the Democratic nomination to Barack Obama. After Obama won the presidential election by a landslide,he stated Clinton as the Secretary of State.She was at the forefront the US response to the Arab Spring and advocated military action in Libya. Clinton also pushed for the idea of smart power,meaning combining US leadership and military strength would~.Clinton left office before the end of Obama's first term and wrote memoirs for remaining few years. In April she announced her second bid for the presidency.Will this one be successful?
