Over 55% of young workers considering changing jobs

Over half of young professionals in China want to change jobs. That's according to a report published by zhaopin dot com, one of the country's largest online recruitment agencies.

The report says over 55 percent of young professionals born in the 1990s are considering changing jobs. That number is below 50 percent among those born between 1980 and 1990. Dissatisfaction over career development tops the list of reasons why people want to switch jobs, with salaries coming in second.
