In his address to the NAACP, a civil rights organization whose African-American members are amongst Obama's strongest supporters, Romney also said he could do better when it comes to jobs. 2【At least 22 dead in Yemen police academy suicide bombing】

Transcript:At least 22 people are killed after a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a police academy in the Yemen. Investigators say the attack bore the hallmarks of al Qaeda. One witness said he saw a man in his 20s enter the crowd, as cadets gathered in front of the academy, just before the explosion. The bombing followed a similar attack in the capital in May, when a suicide bomber in an army uniform killed more than 90 people during a rehearsal for a military parade. Analysts say insurgents have been emboldened by waning government control over Yemen. The United States has been using drone missile strikes to target Islamist insurgents in Yemen, in an expansion of a secretive program which has raised questions both at home and abroad. Transcript:Tigers kill a man at a Denmark zoo after he scaled a fence to get into their enclosure. The man, in his early 20s, was savaged by three tigers after he broke into Copenhagen Zoo early in the morning. He was dead when staff arrived for work. COPENHAGEN ZOO'S CHIEF EXECUTIVE, STEFFEN STRAEDE, SAYING: "What happened was that this morning when the keepers arrived at their work, there was a dead man lying in the tiger enclose. Our emergency plan was implemented, and in a few minutes we had the tigers inside the enclosure and the police and ambulances were called to the site." Police said the man, who has not yet been identified, may have entered the enclosure as a way of committing suicide. They said he was not Danish, but his nationality is not yet known. Their arrival comes on the eve of a speech to parliament by Spanish premier Mariano Rajoy, where he's widely expected to announce further austerity measures. But with their numbers growing, miners here are ready for a fight. UNIDENTIFIED MINER SAYING: "From the moment we left Asturias right up until today there have been a lot of people. And to get here and see so many people, it's incredible. The truth is we have a lot of support." Specifically, these workers are demanding that Spain's government reverse plans to slash subsidies in the coal sector. Miners fear that a drastic cut in their subsidies will cause mine closures.
