1【Protests outside of Egyptian parliament】埃及國會外抗議不斷
TEXT:Protests outside the Egyptian parliament in Cairo. Many are supporters of President Mohamed Mursi - who angered the Egyptian military by reversing its decision to dissolve the assembly. Protester Mahmoud Bayoumi Heikal saying (Arabic): "Thirty million Egyptians elected this parliament. Thirteen million elected the president. I want to say that all of us as judges, consultants, the Ministry of the Interior, the military, the people, the poor, orphans, navy and everyone else are all in the same boat. If this ship survives, we all survive; and if it sinks, we all sink." The parliament, which was elected in November, is dominated by members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Traveling In Vietnam, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton weighed in. SOUNDBITE: United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton saying: "We strongly urge dialogue and a concerted effort on the part of all to try to deal with the problems that are understandable, but have to be resolved in order to avoid any kind of difficulties that could derail the transition that is going on." TEXT:Officers at the scene of a deadly ambush on a police convoy in Mexico's Sinaloa state. Bullet holes in the windshield of one of the vehicles. Local authorities say seven police officers, and four attackers were killed in the shootout. The brazen attack resembled assaults carried out by drug cartels in the region. Sinaloa's governor says he thinks the ambush was an act of revenge following recent law enforcement successes against local cartels. Governor Mario Lopez Valdez. SOUNDBITE: Sinaloa's Governor Mario Lopez Valdez saying (Spanish): "We have affected them (organized gangs) and their mobility, arrested many criminals, and made great seizures so they feel affected. This aggression is a reaction against our police." Local cartels are in a fierce and violent fight for control of billion-dollar drug trafficking routes to the United States. TEXT:Hitting the bottle has never sounded this good, as these five German musicians demonstrate. The band called GlasBlasSing'-Quintett solely uses old bottles to make music - turning an age-old Mozart tune into a new visual and musical experience. And it's a matter of synchronization says band member Peter. Peter, member of GlasBlasSing'-Quintett, saying (German) "All of us are one instrument, meaning we have to focus on that interaction more. And once all play together it really has to groove for it to sound right." The group started performing in 2003 and found gold in empty bottles says another member Fritze. SOUNDBITE: Fritze, member of GlasBlasSing'-Quintett, saying ( German) "We can live off it, not from the bottle deposit, but from the entrance fee people pay to see us in the theater." Today they perform in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. And although a bottle is indeed all they need to make music - it also adds to the fun. Those bottles don't empty by themselves after all. 4【Turtle eggs crushed in Trinidad】特立尼達島海龜蛋被壓碎
TEXT:Flies swarm around dead turtle hatchlings and eggs. They were crushed by heavy machinery on a Trinidad beach. It happened when workers hired to correct erosion on the coast mistakenly removed a larger portion of the beach than planned. The remote Grande Riviere beach is a prime nesting site for many sea turtles, including the endangered leatherbacks. Conservationists have called for an investigation into the incident. Female leatherback turtles can lay up to 100 eggs at a time, but only a small percentage survive to adulthood. Sarah Charlton, Reuters.
