Pick up 這個字實在是很好用. 從以前介紹過的, 去拿作業叫 pick up the homework, 去摘水果也叫 pick up the fruit. 開車去接某人, 也叫 pick up.
接人叫 pick up, 那放某人放下來要怎么說呢? 就是 drop someone off. 例如你可以跟被你載的人說, Where do you like me to drop you off. 或是光說 drop 也成, 例如, You can drop me around the corner.
