5. The power is running low.
快要沒電了.
電快要用完了叫 running low，例如你使用的刮胡刀看它越轉越慢，你知道電快沒了，你就可以說 "The power is running low." 或是 "The battery is running low." 要是電已經完全用光了，則可以說，"It''s running out of power." 或是直接了當地說， "The battery is dead." (這個電池掛了。)
其實以上的這些講法不只局限於電，幾乎所有的東西快用完了，我們都可以用 be running low 或是 be running out of 這兩個片語。比方說茶壺 的水快喝完了，你就可以說，"The water is running low." 或是 "We are running out of water."
