Even if we can make some headway in processed foods

Most countries are eating way too much salt

There are countries that are higher

We are probably on the high end,

but most westernized countries that consume a lot of processed foods, eat too much salt

So we are high. We are high but the interesting thing is the World Health Organization

has really made this an international goal of theirs to reduce salt intake

And I think all of the countries are trying to figure out ways to do this themselves

because many of the food manufacturers are multinational companies

that really the efforts require actually sort of a global international efforts

So all of us have to really be vigilant and to really I think demand

that when we go into the restaurant or to the grocery store

that we have the choices available to us to eat a lower salt and lower sugar products
