語法透視：

句中的must是對現在的事情非常肯定的推測。
2. Nor am I.
這是個否定意義的倒裝句，用nor開頭，如果是肯定的，用so開頭。
Nor 和neither的辨析：
neither 通常是作為代詞(pron)和副詞(adv)用的，而nor是作為副詞(adv) 和連詞(conj)來用的。
我們這里主要區別neither的副詞用法和nor的副詞及連詞用法。通俗來說，副詞主要是用來修飾動詞的，這和漢語中的副詞的作用基本一致；而連詞主要用來聯系同類的句子成分，比如列舉的名詞。
下列幾點應該注意：Neither…nor… 這是習慣用法，意為“既不……也不”。其中neither是副詞，而nor 則是連詞。
Eg. He neither knows nor cares what happened.
Neither 用于否定句后表示承接前邊的否定。通常涉及到省略，同時注意語序倒裝。這里neither 仍然是副詞。
Eg . I haven’t been to New Work before and neither has my sister. “Did you see that?” “No” “Neither did I”
Nor 用于否定句中連接相同的句子成分。第一點中的用法就是一個例子。Nor 用于否定句中，承接前面的語氣進行進一步否定。但是注意，這里的否定的事情一般和前邊的并不一致，這一點和第二點中neither 的用法是不同的。
Eg . He cannot see, nor could he hear until one month ago. She isn’t rich, nor do I imagine that she ever will be. I won’t arrive today. Nor tomorrow.
3. You should have sent her away to school.
這句話含有虛擬語氣，should have done是過去本應該做的事情而沒有做。
4. I thought I saw someone with her just now.
See + someone + 介詞短語這個結構意思看見某人做什么，介詞短語做賓語的補足語。
5. You can always tell a governess at first glance.
句中的tell是分辨出，判斷，判別的意思。
