Last week I bought an expensive Nokia cell phone from your shop only to find it does not operate properly. For some reason the connection shuts down in the middle of a conversation accompanied by a loud static noise. I have the receipt dated the 9th of April and it shows the time of purchase at 8 p.m. that evening. As the phone is under warranty I would like to exchange it for another phone or get a refund.
