其實(shí)，同一個(gè)英語(yǔ)被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)，在漢語(yǔ)中有的含有被動(dòng)意味，而相當(dāng)一部分純屬主動(dòng)意義。即使從被動(dòng)意義而言，在漢語(yǔ)中依照不同的語(yǔ)境，其表達(dá)形式也是多種多樣的：“被、挨、叫、給、受、遭、由、為......所、加以、予以”等等。

      例如：Their motion was rejected at the meeting of the board of trustees yesterday.
