Pulasan, the 14th typhoon of the year, made a second landfall in China on Thursday. The typhoon, which has reached a maximum wind force of 23 meters per second near its center, hit Fengxian district of Shanghai at about 9:45 pm after its first landfall earlier the same day in Zhejiang province.
今年第14號臺風“普拉?！痹?月19日18時50分前后登陸浙江舟山沿海后，21時45分前后又以熱帶風暴級別在上海市奉賢區沿海再次登陸，登陸時中心附近最大風力9級(23米/秒)。
In the early hours of Friday, the center of Pulasan is located within Kunshan city and Jiangyin city in Jiangsu province.
周五凌晨，其中心移入江蘇省昆山市和江陰市境內。
Affected by the typhoon, parts of Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Fujian will experience heavy rainfall from Thursday to Friday. Parts of Zhejiang and Anhui should also expect downpours.
受臺風影響，從周四到周五，安徽、江蘇、上海、浙江、江西和福建部分地區將出現強降雨。浙江和安徽部分地區也將有暴雨。
As Typhoon Pulasan approaches, the cities of Changzhou, Wuxi, and Jingjiang have suspended classes for Friday to ensure the safety of students.

Pulasan is the second typhoon to make landfall in the Shanghai region this year, following Typhoon Bebinca, which was the strongest typhoon to hit Shanghai since 1949. The Central Meteorological Observatory states that the occurrence of two such powerful typhoons in a single year is unprecedented in the recorded history of the region.
今年第13號臺風“貝碧嘉”成為1949年以來登陸上海的最強臺風，臺風“普拉桑”緊接“貝碧嘉”再度上岸。中央氣象臺表示，4天之內兩個秋臺風接連來襲，這對于上海來說，是史無前例的。
