We all have many commitments in our life, starting with work but also including commitments related to kids, our spouses, things to do at home, other family, civic, side work, religious, hobbies, online activities and more. Consider each of them, the amount of stress they provide, and the value you get out of them. Edit brutally, and take steps today to remove the ones that stress you out the most.

我曾經在editing your commitents上發表過一篇言論,把它引見到這篇文章里來。在我們生活中到處都有評論,其中有關于工作的,有關于孩子的,配偶的,以及家務啊,別人家的鎖事啊,城市里的事啊,或者是宗教啊,愛好啊等等等等。把這些都好好想想,這些鎖事給我們無形中帶來的壓力,想想如果沒有它們我們的生活又會多么快活有價值。大致的想一下,然后今天就行動把這其中最讓我們頭疼的去除掉。
