美國第三季度經(jīng)濟增長2.8%
The United States Commerce Department says the national economy grew at an annual rate of 2.8 percent in the third quarter.
The growth rate was faster than expected, and was an improvement on the 2.5 percent pace in the second quarter. The Commerce Department said the growth was mostly driven by personal spending which accounts for about 70 percent of overall U.S. economic activity. The third quarter ended before the 16-day partial government shutdown.
