Weather good in most areas, hazy in some during National Day holiday
秋高氣爽 喜迎國慶快樂出游
During the National Day holiday, the weather in most parts of China will be fine, with haze in some areas.
One of the hazy areas is Northern China’s Hebei province. Visibility there is less than 50 meters. A haze alert has been issued and 9 highways have been temporarily closed.
On Tuesday, light to moderate rain is expected in northeast areas. From Wednesday on, weather in most areas will be clear and sunny, with temperatures fine for outdoor activities. But a cold front in North and Northeast China mean a temperature drop by 5 to 8 degrees Celsius there.
