1.charming則是有魅力的迷人, 用來說人比較多, 當然fascinating也可以用來說一個人. 但是如果是說, 這個人真是讓人覺得吸引, 迷人, 有魅力. 就會是He is such a charming person.

2.attract可以是物理上的吸引, 比如說磁鐵吸引, 也可以是對人說, 她是一個很吸引人的女人, 用attractive, 或者說你被人吸引, 喜歡一個人, 就I am very attracted to him/her.
