Roy: How is your visit to the Expo Park?
羅伊：你去世博園區(qū)玩得怎么樣？
Chuck: It's splendid. Over 200 countries participated in this Expo. The only drawback is there are too many people.
查克：非常好。參加本次世博會(huì)的國(guó)家超過(guò)200個(gè)。唯一的美中不足就是人太多了。
Roy: That's not surprising at all. News report says the Expo Park is seeing an average flow of 400,000 visitors daily. Which pavilions did you visit?
羅伊：意料之中。新聞報(bào)道說(shuō)世博園區(qū)平均每天客流量40萬(wàn)人。你去了哪些館？
Chuck: We went to China Pavilion. The whole building is built in the shape of the Chinese character Hua. It's amazing. My favorite pavilion is the Future of the City Pavilion. It focuses on how we can solve problems of the city and build a better future.
查克：我們?nèi)チ酥袊?guó)館，整個(gè)國(guó)家館的建筑是按照漢字“華”的形狀來(lái)建造的，令人驚嘆。我最喜歡的是城市未來(lái)館，該館展覽的焦點(diǎn)是如何解決城市問(wèn)題，創(chuàng)建美好未來(lái)。
Roy: "Better city, better life" is the theme of Shanghai Expo.
羅伊：“城市讓生活更美好”是上海世博會(huì)的主題。
Chuck: Indeed. I also like the National Grid Pavilion very much. It made effective use of light and sound to create a magnificent experience for visitors. I won't tell you the details, in order not to spoil the fun for you.
查克：沒(méi)錯(cuò)。我還很喜歡國(guó)家電網(wǎng)館。它有效利用了光和聲音給參觀者提供獨(dú)特的體驗(yàn)。為了不破壞你去玩時(shí)的樂(lè)趣，我就不跟你講細(xì)節(jié)了。
Roy: Visual effects and sound effects are the new highlights of modern exhibitions. Now I've made up my mind to go.
羅伊：視覺(jué)效果和聽(tīng)覺(jué)效果是現(xiàn)代展覽的新亮點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)在我下定決心要去看看了。
Chuck: Good. It's absolutely worthwhile.
查克：好啊，絕對(duì)值得。
