Alice: Hi. Alice speaking.
愛(ài)麗絲：嗨．我是愛(ài)麗絲。
Jason : Hi, this is Jason.
杰森：嗨，我是杰森。
Alice: Jason! Where have you been hiding lately? It seems like forever since the last time we met. How have you been?
愛(ài)麗絲：杰森！你這些日子躲到哪兒了？從上次見面到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間了。你過(guò)得怎么樣??？
Jason: Good. Just real busy I guess. How have you been keeping yourself?
杰森：不錯(cuò)。就是忙點(diǎn)兒。那你最近怎么樣?。?br />Alice: Fine. What's keeping you so busy?
愛(ài)麗絲：很好啊。你都忙什么呢？
Jason: Just work. I got promoted.
杰森：只是工作而已。我升職了。
Alice: Congratulations! How long have you been working there?
愛(ài)麗絲：祝賀你?。∧阍谀莾汗ぷ鞫嚅L(zhǎng)時(shí)間了？
Jason: More than 2 years. I'm quite pleased with my job.
杰森：兩年多了。我對(duì)我的工作很滿意。
Alice: How do you like your boss?
愛(ài)麗絲：你覺(jué)得你的老板怎么樣??？
Jason: She's nice and open-minded. I've got nothing to complain about.
杰森：她很好而且思想挺開明的。我沒(méi)什么可抱怨的。
Alice: Much better than last one?
愛(ài)麗絲：比上一個(gè)老板要好很多嗎？
Jason: Yeah. He was area slave driver.
杰森：是的。上一個(gè)真是個(gè)苛刻的老板。
Alice: Such is life. Are you free? Come over and we'll have a few drinks.
愛(ài)麗絲：這才是生活嘛。你有空嗎？來(lái)我這兒吧，咱們喝幾杯。
Jason: Sure. Around 8 sounds good to you?
杰森：好啊。8點(diǎn)左右你方便嗎？
Alice: Sure. See you then!
愛(ài)麗絲：行。到時(shí)候見！
