At a Hospital Registration Desk在掛號處
Clerk: Do you have a registration card?
工作人員：你有掛號卡嗎？
Patient: Yes. I do. This is my third visit to this hospital.
病人：有。這是我第三次來這家醫院了。
Clerk: What's your card number? Do you remember it?
工作人員：你的掛號卡號是多少，記得嗎？
Patient: Sorry, I can't remember it.
病人：不好意思，我不記得。
Clerk: Well. I'll make a file for you. Which department do you want to register with?
工作人員：好吧，我給你做一份病歷。你要掛哪科的號？
Patient: I want to see a surgeon. I have a pain in my side and I think I might need an operation.
病人：我要看外科。我這一側疼，我想可能得做個手術。
Clerk: I think you should see a dermatologist first.
工作人員：我認為你應該先看皮膚科。
Patient: Oh, I see. But how can I get to the Consulting Room?
病人：哦，好的。請問到診療室怎么走？
Clerk: Go down this hall until you reach the pharmacy. Make a right turn and it's right there. Take a number and wait until the nurse calls you over.
工作人員：沿著這個走廊走到藥房，向右轉就到了。拿上號等一會兒，等護士叫你。
Patient: Thanks for your help.
