Watt: Hi, Maggie. Have you made up your mind?
瓦特：你好，麥琪。你拿定主意了嗎？
Maggie: What?
麥琪：你指的是什么??？
Watt: I mean, have you decided to study abroad or to find a job after graduation?
瓦特：我的意思是，你決定畢業后出國深造還是找工作了嗎？
Maggie: I haven't made my decision yet. It's kind of a hard decision．
麥琪：我還沒做決定呢。真的很難做出抉擇。
Watt: Why's that? Just a couple of days ago, you were telling me how much you wanted to go overseas to study.
瓦特：怎么會呢？兩三天前你還在說你是多么想出國深造呢。
Maggie: Yes. but a vacancy just opened up in the English Department.
麥琪：是啊，但是英語系正好有個職位空缺。
Watt: So?
瓦特：所以呢？
Maggie: They offered it to me. So now I don't know what to do.
麥琪：他們把這個職位給了我。所以我現在不知道該怎么辦了。
Watt: What a great opportunity! I see what you mean though, tough choice.
瓦特：多好的機會?。∥颐靼啄愕囊馑剂耍y做取舍啊。
Maggie: I've been preparing and studying to go abroad. I've spent a lot of time and energy, and I hate to see it all go to waste.
麥琪：我一直在準備出國留學。我在這上面花費了大量的時間和精力，我可不希望看到這一切努力都白費了。
Watt: Don't think about it too much. The job sounds like an excellent opportunity. You should grab it while you have the chance.
瓦特：不要想得太多。這份工作確實是個不錯的機會。你應該在機會來臨的時候抓住它。
Maggie: I'd like to, but I still feel like I should think about it some more. But thanks for your input.
麥琪：我也想，不過我還是覺得需要再好好考慮一下。但還是要謝謝你的真知灼見。
