注意：首先確定主語：中國政府、宣布、方針

最后一部分用一般現在時，把“臺灣是中國的一部分”，作為真理

2、中國政府在實行和平統一方針的同時始終表明，以何種方式解決臺灣問題是中國的內政，并無義務承諾放棄使用武力。

注意：用形式主語翻譯

承諾放棄使用武力：renounce the use of force

統一：此處一定要翻譯為：reunification

詞根：uni表示“一”: uniform, universal, unison, unicycle

mono表示“一”: monarch, monotony, monotonous, monopoly, monocycle

solo表示“一”: sole, solitary,
