一、口譯技巧

1.合并
在未來的信息社會中，知識和技能是促進經濟發展的主要驅動力，是信息產業實現可持續發展的重要因素。
In the future information society, knowledge and skills will be a major driver for economic growth and one of the major contributors to the sustainable development of the information industry. （后句與前句合并，并轉化為表語）

2.詞性轉化
動詞短語轉化為形容詞
信息通信與網絡安全意義重大，備受各國政府高度關注。
Security is vital to information technology and network security, about which governments the world over have shown greater concerns.

3.拆分
峰會和籌備工作應考慮在世界范圍內成立相應機構和體系確保通信和網絡的安全可靠，嚴打病毒侵害，打擊網絡犯罪，/ 同時研究、開發和利用先進的安全技術，確保網絡上傳輸的信息受到保護，/ 并通過法律手段，加強對網絡安全的監管，保護通信和網絡安全。
During the summit and preparatory meeting, it should be taken into account that international organization and mechanism should be established to ensure the security and reliability of infocom network by fighting against viruses and cyber crimes. / Efforts should be made to focus on the research, development and utilization of advanced/leading-edge security technology to protect online information. / And laws and regulations should be applied to strengthen supervision of network so as to guarantee communication and network security.

5.句子成分轉換
