一、分配注意力和理解能力的培養
1、目的：學習分配注意力 在語篇層次上對原語意義的理解，而不是對原文文字進行逐字逐句地翻譯。
2、方法：跟讀后復述出段落大意（剛開始時跟讀可以和原語同步開始，操練一陣以后，可以遲于原語片刻跟讀， 為口譯打下扎實的基礎） 加強語言外知識的積累，關心國內外大事，聽廣播、讀報紙
3、要求：抓住關鍵信息即可，不必過多要求細節的累述
4、示范：中央電視臺在“當今世界電視業的發展與合作”大會發言 （中譯英） 布什總統在清華大學的演講 （英譯中）

中譯英提綱：

1)廣播電視交流的必要性 （舉例說明）
2)廣播電視業在中國的發展
3）中央電視臺在廣播業中的重要地位及其改革交流舉措

英譯中提綱：
