I don't know a lot about Instagram, so maybe you oughta just call them on the phone and see how they're doing and ask if they'll unblock you.

I think that's the best question I ever heard. Do stuff cool to his friends and they'll tell the guy how cool you are. He'll unblock you. You guys can be friends again.

I would ask them why they blocked you, maybe have a conversation about it.
