On a global scale the baby's arrival breaks new ground for the centuries-old royal family, but at home in Windsor it's all about two new parents marveling at their little prince.

In the weeks leading up to the birth, the couple carefully kept the world at bay, announcing that they would not be stepping out for a hospital photo op the way Harry's brother Prince William and sister-in-law Princess Kate have done with their three children.

Ragland, who has her own room at Frogmore, flew in from Los Angeles before Easter to be there for the birth. "She's super excited," says the source. "She and Meghan are so close."
