Apple has struck promotional deals with China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom for the launch of itsiPhone 6. The smartphone is set to debut on September 9 in the United States and will be released in Chinashortly afterward, sources said to Caixin. Competition among the three telecom companies has intensified on slower growth in mobile users and analysts say the phones could offer a springboard in the 4G market. All three companies offer 4G services on different scopes.China Mobile has started to offer offer 4G services using the TD-LTE standard.while China Telecom and China Unicom offer 4G using LTE technology through a pilot program in 16 cities.
