No other witness saw Davis get out of the car, and no weapon _5_. Dunn's defence lawyer says he plans to appeal the three attempted murder convictions. That his client's claim of self defence under Florida's Stand Your Ground Law should also exonerate him on those charges. Prosecutors say they intend to retry DUnn on the murder charge.
