Step 1: You will need

•90 g packet of flavoured jelly powder

•90 g packet of a different flavoured jelly powder

•500 ml hot water

•1 flat tray

•4 glass serving bowls

Step 2: Make the jelly
2.制作
Pour the first packet of jelly powder into a large bowl and while whisking, add the hot water. Whisk until the powder has dissolved. Slowly add half of the cold water and whisk once more. Repeat exactly the same process with the second packet of jelly.
將第一包果凍粉倒在大碗里，邊攪拌邊倒入熱水，直到果凍粉完全溶解。然后再攪拌一次，邊攪拌邊倒入冷水，250毫升為宜。對于混合風味的果凍粉，做法與上面一致。
Step 3: Transfer the jelly

Generously ladle the jelly syrups into separate glass bowls.
用長勺將攪拌好的果凍漿盛到玻璃碗中。
Step 4: Chill
4.冷凍
Place the jelly in the fridge and chill for 2-4 hours, or according to the instructions on the packet.
把盛著果凍漿的碗放到冰箱中冷凍2-4小時，具體時間長短可根據果凍粉包裝袋上的說明進行調整。
Step 5: Present and serve
5.取出享用
Remove the jelly from the fridge when fully set and serve with cream or ice cream.
完全成型后從冰箱中取出果凍，加上奶油或冰激凌就可以享用了。
