They enjoy the goal, but not the process. -Right.
他們樂(lè)于見(jiàn)到目標(biāo)被實(shí)現(xiàn)，卻對(duì)過(guò)程沒(méi)興趣。-是啊。
But the reality of it is that the true work of improving things is in the little achievements of the day.
但事實(shí)上真正能改善世界的工作，就在日復(fù)一日的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步中。
And that's what you need to enjoy, just take my field.

Well, for example, I was working for this organization that helped villages in Mexico.
比如，我之前曾為一個(gè)組織工作，這個(gè)組織在墨西哥幫助那里的村民。
And their concerns was how to get the pencils sent to the kid in those little country schools.
他們關(guān)心的是怎么把鉛筆送到那些鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)校的孩子手中。
It was not about big, revolutionary ideas. It was about pencils.
那不是什么重大的革命性的想法。僅僅是鉛筆而已。
I see the people that do the real work, and what's really sad is that...
我見(jiàn)到過(guò)那些做實(shí)事的人，很遺憾是...
The people that are the most giving, hardworking and capable of making this world better, usually don't have the ego and ambition to be a leader.
那些最慷慨的，最勤勞的，也是最能讓這個(gè)世界變得更好的人，往往沒(méi)什么野心，不想成為什么領(lǐng)袖。
They don't see any interest in superficial rewards. They don't care if their name ever appear in the press.
他們對(duì)那些形式上的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)沒(méi)有任何興趣。他們也不在乎自己的名字能不能上報(bào)紙。
They actually enjoy the process of helping others. They're in the moment.
他們真是享受幫助人的那種過(guò)程。他們活在當(dāng)下。
Yeah, but that's so hard! You know, to be in the moment. I mean, I just feel like I'm...designed to be slightly dissatisfied with everything.
