2. have trouble with: 與……有糾紛；有……的病痛

eg. I have trouble with my roommate.

eg. Adults more typically have trouble with paying attention, focusing and prioritizing.
成年人更加典型的癥狀則是很難集中注意力，關注某件事物，分清主次。

3. take off: 使停用

eg. But the idea has been slower to take off in Britain, for predictable reasons.
