2. He is dating another girl on the side. 他同時(shí)腳踏兩條船.

我想把這句說成I have my feet in two boats 的人也不在少數(shù)吧！其實(shí)正確的說法應(yīng)該是像這樣，He is dating another girl on the side。或是你可以說 He is dating another girl behind her back。(這個her指的是他女朋友的意思)

On the side這句話你去餐廳用餐時(shí)也常用到，指的是主菜之外的副餐，比如說 I'd like salad with dressing on the side。就是說我要沙拉和沙拉醬，或是 Would you like a baked potato on the side？要不要再點(diǎn)一份烤馬鈴薯啊？
