Stress is hard to escape in today’s fast-paced world. It has become a big challenge because our lives aregetting faster and we haven’t learned how to cope with it, and because the sources of stress are many.Since there is no cure-all for us to deal with stresses and strains of our daily life,every one of us is trying in our own ways to reduce stress.
在今天快速發(fā)展的時代,人們很難擺脫壓力。這是人類的巨大挑戰(zhàn),因為人們的生活節(jié)奏正在加快,我們并沒有學會如何處理壓力,因為壓力的來源多種多樣。因為對于處理壓力來說,我們沒有萬全的計策,每個人的減壓方式各不相同。
As for me, the best way to reduce stress is exercise.Firstly, according to medical research, when we exercise, our brains release certain chemical substances which bring feelings of happiness and relaxation. Secondly, physical exercise benefits both our mind and our body. While stress is mental, the symptoms of stress are mostly physical, such as skin problems, high blood pressure, fatigue, insomnia and frustration, etc.Physical exercise not only helps us reduce stress, but also keeps us fit. Consequently, a fit person is most probably a happy one.
對于我來說,最佳的減壓方式是運動。首先,根據(jù)醫(yī)學研究表明,當我們運動的時候,我們的大腦會釋放出某種化學物質(zhì),這將會讓我們更加快樂、放松。第二,體育活動有益于身心健康。壓力產(chǎn)生于心理,壓力的癥狀卻大多出現(xiàn)于外在,例如皮膚疾病、高血壓、疲勞、失眠、煩躁等。體育活動不僅能夠幫助我們減壓,還能讓我們保持身體健康。所以,身體健康的人通常非常快樂。
Last but not least, physical exercise in this case doesn’t consume too much time. Physical exercise for the purpose of reducing stress shouldn’t be too violent and fierce. We can engage ourselves in some regular exercise such as walking, jogging, dancing or swimming on a daily basis.There are many helpful ways to reduce stress and, as I mentioned above, none of them is panacea for all. We should find our own ways and incorporate them in our daily life routine to prevent stress and reduce its effect on the body. For me, it’s a 30-munite jogging every day.
最后,體育活動并不會浪費我們太多的時間。為了減壓而進行的體育活動不需要太過激烈。我們可以做一些日常的運動,例如走路、慢跑、跳舞、或是游泳。我上述所提到的方式都能夠幫助我們減壓,但是這些全都不是萬能的。我們應(yīng)該尋找一種方式將它們?nèi)谌氲轿覀內(nèi)粘5纳钪校@樣能夠幫助我們減壓,并減輕對身體的影響。對于我來說,我每天會進行30分鐘的慢跑。
