自信的重要性
From the quiet confident doctor whose advice we rely on, to the star-quality confidence of an inspiring speaker, self-confident people have qualities that everyone admires. Self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives.

First, it is impossible to do anything for real if you’re not self-confident. Most people are reluctant to back a project which is being taken by someone who is nervous, unsure and overly apologetic. On the other hand, people might be persuaded by someone who speaks clearly, who holds his or her head high, and who answers questions assuredly. In today’s world, self-confidence is a basis for our survival, both at work and at home. Self-confidence brings acceptance, love, peace and energy. And all of these in turn make our confidence grow even more.Second, self-confident people inspire confidence in others: their audience, theirpeers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. Oftentimes even a single self-confident person can change the attitudes of all the people in a room. Sometimes it seems as if the world itself decided to help such a man. A confident person attracts friendship and respect. Spreading confidence to others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success.

All other things being equal, self-confidence is so important that it is often the single ingredient that distinguishes a successful person from those who are less successful. Whether you are working on your own self-confidence or building the confidence of people around you, it’s well worth the effort!
