Thank you so much for taking care of me immediately after the accident. I was shell-shocked after being hit by the car; and thanks to you I was rushed to the hospital. The doctor said that my condition was not critical, but had I been delayed, things could have been much worse. So please accept the small gift accompanying this card as a token of my sincere gratitude.
