US President Donald Trump said on Monday that Chinese startup DeepSeek's technology should act as spur for American companies and said it was good that companies in China have come up with a cheaper, faster method of artificial intelligence.
據路透社1月27日報道，美國總統特朗普27日說，中國初創企業杭州深度求索人工智能基礎技術研究有限公司（DeepSeek）的技術應該為美國企業敲響警鐘。他還說，中國企業想出更快的人工智能方法是好事。
"The release of DeepSeek, AI from a Chinese company should be a wake-up call for our industries that we need to be laser-focused on competing to win," Trump said in Florida.
特朗普在佛羅里達州說：“來自中國公司的人工智能DeepSeek的發布應該為我們的行業敲響警鐘，我們需要專注于競爭以贏得勝利。”
Investors sold technology stocks across the globe on Monday over concerns the emergence of a low-cost Chinese artificial intelligence model would threaten the dominance of the current US-based AI leaders.
