Foreigners can bring their passports or Foreign Permanent Resident lD Cards to the service offices of telecom operators such as China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom,and China Broadnet, to apply for a SlM card and activate mobile communication services in China.
攜帶護照或外國人永久居留身份證，到中國電信、中國移動、中國聯通、中國廣電等電信企業的營業廳申請辦理手機SIM卡，開通移動通信服務。
Foreigners can bring their passports or Foreign Permanent Resident lD Cards and mobile phone numbers in China to the business offices of commercial banks to apply for a bank card (please consult the customer manager of the business office for specific requirements).
攜帶護照或外國人永久居留身份證、國內手機號到商業銀行的營業廳辦理（不同商業銀行具體要求會有所差異，詳詢營業廳客戶經理）。
(l) Foreigners can download and install WeChat or Alipay apps and follow the instructions to input foreign or Chinese mobile phone numbers for account registration.
（一）使用手機下載安裝微信或支付寶APP，根據APP指引注冊，輸入國外或國內手機號等信息。
(ll) Foreigners can bind the app to international bank cards such as Master Card, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover, or Chinese bank cards with the UnionPay logo.
（二）打開APP，綁定帶有萬事達（Mastercard）、維薩（Visa）、日本信用卡（JCB）、大來卡（Diners Club）、發現卡（Discover）等標識的國際銀行卡；或帶有銀聯（Union Pay）標識的國內銀行卡。
(Ill) Foreigners can scan the QR code or use the payment QR code when making payments.
（三）支付時打開APP，掃描商家收款二維碼或向商家出示支付二維碼。
