A taxi driver named Hua Liang ran several red lights to urgently transport a passenger suffering from severe abdominal pain to the hospital on Wednesday in Weifang, Shandong province.
周三,在山東省濰坊市,出租車司機華亮一路鳴笛連闖多個紅燈,將一名嚴(yán)重腹痛的乘客乘客緊急送醫(yī)。
Hua picked up two passengers that day. While driving, he noticed that one passenger lying in the backseat, looking pale and clearly in pain. The passenger asked, "Can you run red lights?"
當(dāng)天接到兩名乘客行駛一段距離后,華亮發(fā)現(xiàn)其中一位乘客側(cè)臥在后座上。乘客表示自己肚子很難受,堅持不住了:“師傅,可以闖紅燈嗎?”
Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Hua immediately contacted the police. With their approval and ensuring safety measures, he swiftly drove 9.4 kilometers in just over ten minutes, running several red lights along the way.
情況緊急,華亮迅速與濰坊交警聯(lián)系,”在征得同意并確保安全的情況下,華亮一路連闖多個紅燈,9.4公里的路程僅用了十幾分鐘。
After arriving at the hospital, Hua waived the fare and encouraged the passenger to promptly seek treatment, stating, "Don't worry about the payment—your health is more important."
送達(dá)乘客后,華亮讓乘客抓緊時間進(jìn)行治療,沒有收取車費。“不用付錢,直接走就行!你現(xiàn)在治病要緊。”
Hua later expressed his gratitude to those on the road who assisted him, including food delivery riders and other drivers, noting, "Their help enabled me to quickly reach the hospital."
華亮說這不僅是自己的功勞,還要感謝很多人。“我打著雙閃、按喇叭時很多車輛對我進(jìn)行了避讓,就連經(jīng)過路口時外賣小哥也停下車讓行。正是因為有他們,我才能以最快速度到達(dá)醫(yī)院。”
Describing his actions as integral to his role as a taxi driver, he emphasized that aiding passengers was a source of pride for him.
華亮表示,作為一名出租車司機,這是自己應(yīng)該做的事。
