Don't leave your resolutions to rot over the next 365 days. Set spans of space to reach the next mile post on your journey to your great goal. Once one is accomplished, reset the clock and continue to push forward.

別讓你的計劃在未來的365天慢慢變質。在你通向遠大目標的道路上設置階段性的里程碑。每到達一站，就將時間歸零，繼續向下一站沖刺。
