Something huge hit the stone floor of the chamber, Harry felt it shudder.
一個龐然大物猛地摔落在石頭地面上，哈利感到密室被震得顫抖起來。
He knew what was happening, he could sense it, could almost see the giant serpent uncoiling itself from Slytherin's mouth.
他知道是怎么回事，他可以感覺到，他幾乎可以看見那條巨蛇正從斯萊特林的嘴里展開它盤繞的身體。
Then he heard Riddle's hissing voice: 'Kill him.'

The basilisk was moving towards Harry, he could hear its heavy body slithering ponderously across the dusty floor.

Eyes still tightly shut, Harry began to run blindly sideways, his hands outstretched, feeling his way.

Harry tripped. He fell hard onto the stone and tasted blood.
哈利絆倒了，重重地摔在石頭上，嘴里有一般咸咸的血腥味。
The serpent was barely feet from him, he could hear it coming.
蛇怪離他只有幾步了，他可以聽見蛇怪正在一點點逼近。
There was a loud, explosive spitting sound right above him and then something heavy hit Harry so hard that he was smashed against the wall.
突然，他頭頂上方傳來一聲爆炸般的裂響，什么東西狠狠地擊中哈利，把他撞到了墻上。
Waiting for fangs to sink through his body, he heard more mad hissing, something thrashing wildly off the pillars.
他等著毒牙扎進自己的身體，這時他又聽見了瘋狂的嘶嘶聲，什么東西把石柱猛地撞到了一邊。
He couldn't help it. He opened his eyes wide enough to squint at what was going on.
他再也忍不住了，把眼睛睜開細細的一條縫，想看看到底是怎么回事。
