Tianjin gov't hold press conference on explosion
天津爆炸事故新聞發布會
The Tianjin Municipal Government has just held a press conference on their work following the explosion.
The head of the Tianjin Office Information Gong Jiansheng said at the conference that all efforts are moblized to save lives after the explosion took place in the international logistics center last night.
The spokesmen of the office gave details of the ongoing work in differrent aspects. He said altogether10 hospitals are treating the injured, and a total of 1000 medical staff are working in those hospitals.
All neighbourhoods and streets around the explosion site have been cleard, to prevent any secondary accidents caused by fire or toxic smoke.
