2. Would you mind doing...?
(征求對(duì)方同意或者請(qǐng)求對(duì)方做某事時(shí)的禮貌說(shuō)法)你是否介意……;此句型常用于表示請(qǐng)求,意思是“請(qǐng)你做……你是否介意?、請(qǐng)你做……好嗎?”,是一種比較客氣的表達(dá)方式。
eg. Would you mind waiting outside for a moment?
您不介意在外面等一會(huì)吧?
eg. Would you mind turning off the light in the room?
請(qǐng)你把房間里的燈關(guān)掉好嗎?
eg. Would you mind repeating that? I didn't quite catch on.
