1. throw somebody into something
講解：throw在這里的意思是“使......突然陷入”。其英文解釋如下：cause (sb) to be in a certain state。Throw sb into sth意思就是是某人陷入某種狀況。
例句：We were thrown into confusion by the news.
我們讓那消息給弄糊涂了。
2. one’s capacity to
講解：這是一個名詞性短語，capacity是“能力”的意思。表示......的能力，后面跟介詞to。
例句：Few men have had such transcendental capacity to stir the heart of people.

3. be near to doing something

4. one’s request to
講解：這是名詞性短語，表示向......索取的的要求，request后面跟的介詞是to。
例句：He took his request to Moscow, only to have the door slammed in his face.

You put in a request to the Administrative Authority for Industry and Commerce.
你可以向工商行政管理部門提出要求。
