My heartfelt condolence to Martin Wolf, my dear bro!
向我親愛的兄弟馬丁-沃爾夫先生表示哀悼！
Wow, my god! You take my buddy Martin Wolf away from the earth. Sure, I can not blame you for doing that, but I will take myself to task for not having treated him a little better for I should have given him more care and affection! At the sad news that he has passed away, I was shedding tears as I was bitterly torn at my heart and did feel greatly grieved. I can not find the exact words to describe my current feelings. Anyhow, I am still struck dumbfounded and cannot believe that my loved Martin is really gone. I just feel that my tears are trickling down my cheeks.
哦，我的上帝呀！是您將我的兄弟馬丁從這個地球上帶走了！當然，我沒有權(quán)利怪你，可是我非常自責(zé)，因為我本可以待他再好點，多給他些關(guān)愛！聽到他去世的噩耗，我心里像刀絞一樣，好痛苦也好傷心，我留下了眼淚。我現(xiàn)在無法描述我的心情。不管怎樣，我還是驚呆了，簡直不敢相信我敬愛的馬丁真的離我而去。這會兒，我只能感到眼淚順著面頰嘩嘩地流。
You know, I am really bleeding inwardly and feel it a thousand pities to have lost such a friend who did help me a lot in my life and academic pursuit.
的確，我的內(nèi)心好痛苦，在流血！失去了這么一位朋友讓我倍感遺憾，他曾在生活上和學(xué)術(shù)研究上給予過我大力的幫助。
I owe my achievements to this kind-hearted American citizen who has stayed in China for more than 2 decades, during which he has taught thousands of Chinese students as to how to effectively communicate with native speakers in English. So here I will salute him for whatever he has done for us, even for this country where we can still enjoy a peaceful and happy life.
我今天所取得的成就與這個善良的美國人是分不開的，他在中國生活了20多年，教會了成千上萬的中國學(xué)生如何有效地和老外交流。所以，我在此特向他表示敬意，感謝他為我們所做的一切，甚至為這個國家所做的一切，我們會在享受和平和幸福生活的時刻深深地懷念他！
