China is actively working to boost inbound tourism by now offering duty free shopping to all tourists during their stay. International travelers shopping in China can now claim tax refunds directly in stores thanks to a new initiative.

The new tax refund policy, which took effect on April 8, allows foreign visitors to receive immediate cash refunds at participating stores by presenting their passport, receipts, and a completed application form, bypassing the often time-consuming process at airports.

中國正積極推動入境旅游發(fā)展，目前向所有在中國停留的游客提供免稅購物服務。得益于新舉措，國際游客在中國購物時可直接在店內辦理退稅。

這項新退稅政策自4月8日起生效，允許外國游客在參與此政策的商店里，僅憑出示護照、購物小票和填好的申請表，即可當場獲得現(xiàn)金退稅，省去了以往在機場辦理時繁瑣耗時的退稅流程。
