Jill: Sam, Look at what I found in the flea market.

Jill: It's a necklace made with various odds and ends. The owner said it's handed down from previous generations.

Sam: Oh, god, these are shells and bones. This one must be an animal tooth. Maybe it once belonged to an Aborigine. They made excessive use of these as ornamentation. They even traded them.

Jill: It looks like animal tooth indeed. I've always felt it a pity that we now seldom see any of the traditional Indian clothing on this continent as we all become modernized. For me an Indian dress with quills, fringe and animal teeth has a beauty of its own.
